PREPRESS

Precision Before
Production.

Every successful package begins with precision. Our prepress team combines structural engineering, graphic expertise, and printing knowledge to ensure every detail is optimized before production begins.

01

Structure Design

The first step in creating a professional and efficient package is its structural design — where creativity takes shape and ultimately transforms into functionality. This is precisely where structural design, the most fundamental and decisive stage of successful packaging, finds its meaning and paves the way for half of the product’s success.

02

Graphic Design

The graphic design studio of Hoodis Pars, as the beating heart of this organization, offers a wide range of graphic design services in addition to packaging design. Our creative and specialized team in this unit, equipped with the latest design tools and software, fulfills all the visual needs of your brand.

Repro

One of the key stages before printing is the precise preparation of print files. We professionally review your files to ensure full compliance with printing standards. This process includes checking technical details such as resolution, colors, margins, dimensions, and fonts to make sure the files are perfectly ready for printing without any issues.

The first step in creating a professional and efficient packaging is designing its structure—where creativity takes shape and ultimately becomes functionality. This is precisely where structural design, the most fundamental and decisive stage of successful packaging, comes into play, paving the way for half of a product’s success.

In the world of packaging, box structural design is the initial step toward creating professional and efficient packaging. The correct choice of form, dimensions, opening type, and locking and assembly mechanism plays a key role in functionality, product protection, and user experience. At Hoodis Pars, our specialized structural design team, as part of our pre-press services, carefully designs packaging structures using advanced software tailored to the product type, weight, distribution conditions, and final arrangement.

For us, structural design is not just about creating a three-dimensional form; it is a combination of industrial aesthetics, engineering logic, and the technical needs of the printing process.

The proposed structures are not only visually appealing but also fully compatible with industrial printing and packaging processes. They effectively support optimal use of cardboard, quick and simple assembly, and full alignment with printing techniques, die-cutting, various coating methods, and other post-press processes.

In the mockup stage, using digital modeling cutting tools and real or simulated materials, we create an accurate prototype of the package. This sample provides a unique opportunity to evaluate the structure’s performance, check compatibility with the product, test functionality in manual or automated packaging processes, and ultimately allow the customer to physically handle it, gaining a real experience of the packaging’s operation, weight, dimensions, and ease of use.

We believe that successful structural design must result from close collaboration with the brand, a precise understanding of the product, and mastery of the printing process. Therefore, at every stage of design, we work alongside you to ensure that the final packaging becomes a worthy representative of your brand.

The Hoodis Pars expert team, with years of experience in packaging structural design, provides solutions that are optimized both technically and functionally. Our packaging is carefully designed to protect the product, facilitate access, and fully align with printing and post-press processes.

Color preparation for repro

One of the key pre-press stages is the precise preparation of print files. We professionally review your files to ensure full compliance with printing standards. This process includes checking technical details such as resolution, colors, margins, dimensions, and fonts to make sure the files are ready for printing without any issues.

In this stage, we carefully inspect all files for quality and correct any defects or errors before the printing process begins. Additionally, we verify color accuracy according to CMYK printing standards and ensure proper use of Pantone colors to achieve high color precision.

Additionally, before starting the final print, we provide you with a proof of the finished work to ensure 90 to 95% alignment with the final printed sample. This proof allows you to review and approve all details of colors, design, and quality before full production.

Our goal is to deliver your files fully prepared and error-free to the printing stage, so that the final output is produced with the highest quality and precision in every detail.

By utilizing these advanced systems and specialized laboratories, we have the capability to execute any printing project with accuracy and high quality, ensuring that the final result precisely meets your requirements and industry standards.
