Equipped with color management system

Our state-of-the-art facility is equipped with the following advanced printing machinery:

➢ A four-color offset press featuring a water-based coating unit, complete with a dryer and the pioneering CIP3 color management system—the first of its kind to be introduced in Iran.
➢ The Roland 500 UV six-color hybrid roll-to-roll offset press, boasting a coating unit and a sophisticated color management system.
➢ Two sheet-fed offset presses which are two-color TUB, enhancing our production capacity and versatility.
➢ A full-automatic sheet hot-foil stamping machine with a size of 100 × ۷۰ centimeters, perfect for adding
elegant finishes to printed materials.
➢ The full-automatic sheet-fed silk screen printing machine with a size of 100 × ۷۰ centimeters, delivering
exceptional quality and precision in adding UV varnish to the packaging design.
➢ Additionally, we house two automatic die-cutting machines, three letterpress machines, and a platen die-
cutting machine for blade cutting, facilitating various finishing processes with utmost accuracy.


➢ Our comprehensive setup includes a full-automatic sheet-fed UV machine, and gluing machine equipped
with two cylinders with a size of 100 × ۷۰ centimeters, ensuring efficient and precise gluing operations.
➢ Complementing our packaging capabilities, we employ a semi-automatic sheet-fed lamination machine with
a size of 100 × ۷۰ centimeters for secure and professional boxes.
➢ To meet the demands of our diverse clientele, we operate a box gluing unit featuring four advanced box-
gluing machines capable of both cold and hot gluing, enabling us to produce up to 1,000,000 boxes daily in
a variety of models.
➢ Furthermore, our Corrugated box manufacturing unit is equipped to produce laminated Corrugated box on
microflute, E flute, B flute, C flute, as well as three-layer and five-layer Corrugated boxes, utilizing only the
finest quality raw materials.
